It's Jonathan(Bottoms)'s birthday, and Claire(Alley) invites him over for a quiet, romantic
evening to celebrate...just the two of them. He's reluctant at first,
but agrees. Seemingly alone, the two enjoy the company of each other's
physicality, but the presence of individuals approaching their apartment
leaves an eerie chill in the air. Who could they be? What do they want?
Can he get no peace and quiet on his birthday? It turns out that they
are his friends, ready to surprise him with a birthday cake while the two
are still in bed. Do people really act so casual about surprising couples
while they are in bed?
