Frank(Dafoe) is woken up with evidence that could turn the case in his favour. On the newly discovered video footage is Rebecca(Madonna)
revealing all of herself engaging in frolicking intercourse with her millionaire lover.
However, it seems the tape recorded over earlier footage of another lover: Joanne(Archer).
With this new discovery, Frank now has the leverage he needed to cast a shadow of doubt
on the trial. Funny how in this movie, it seems everything has to be about sex. When they
are not engaging in it, they are talking about it, or watching it on video tape.
