two Navy officers assigned to escort her.

Drunk, Eddie(McNamara) is feeling lonely and tired. Toni(Eleniak)
thus appeares even more alluring behind the eyes of alcohol. At first
he tries to undress her but the handcuffs prevent that from happening
so he sneaks into Rock's(Berenger) room and steals the key. She's
free and the gratuitous sex scene ensues. Of course Eleniak's
character wouldn't be written logically, choosing to stay and have sex
instead of taking advantage of her situation and escaping.
