Having fallen in love with Candy(Theron), Homer(Maguire) looks upon
her adoringly as she lies naked on his bed. As Dr. Larch's (Caine)
assistant, he has seen all types of women and nothing should surprise him. Yet
when he looks at Candy, it is different and he feels it in his heart.
It is a touching moment for the two, but as the scene begins to cut away,
the face of Theron's character looks apprehensive, perhaps because she
knows although this relationship may feel right, it doesn't mean it is.
